CINEMA AT IIT AND IIM NEEDED – DR KAMAL HAASAN

At the Media and Entertainment conclave the Ulaganayakan Dr Kamal Hassan chairman of FICCI stated that the cinema should be subject in IIT and IIM while Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah called for film makers to come up remake of old films as the values and morals are more in it.

The conclave at ITC Gardenia was inaugurated by Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah in the morning in a crowded gathering.

Indian cinema and entertainment field is crossing all borders. It is growing on par with other sectors. In such a case setting up of cinema courses would help in the further development hopes Dr Kamal Haasan.

Information and Technology field has grown very vast. To encourage state government set up Animation, visual media, digital, sport and Comics policy (KAVGC) said Siddaramaiah state chief minister.

Film Federation President Ravi Kottarakara urged for cancellation of service tax. He also stated that 8 languages films are screened in Bangalore but Kannada films are not run in other states.

Karnataka Housing Minister Dr Ambarish in his address stated that Bangalore and Karnataka is attracting in all possible ways. MP and actress Ramya was also present on this occasion.

Secretary of Union information minister Bimal Julka explained the increasing demand for set up boxes.
